Our services focus on reducing the cash spend of large corporations, governments, and other large public and private organizations.  While we employ various strategies to reduce cash spend, we use a rigorous methodology that ensures buy-in from our clients at every stage of a project.  

We are neither industry nor functional specialists.  While many of our clients face similar types of issues, we approach all engagements without preconceived notions of what’s the best solution. 

Although we will on occasion use benchmarks to help guide our analysis and estimate potential savings, we are not interested in comparing a company’s performance to its peers or recommending solutions based on best practices or what everyone else is doing. 

While each of our projects is unique, our work has included strategic sourcing, re-engineering, process re-design, clean sheet capital redesign, the sale of non-core assets, outsourcing, off-shoring, restructuring working capital requirements, and boutique and hostile negotiations among others.  

We have also worked on other types of projects including strategy and organizational design.  While we are open to these and other projects, they are not our main focus.
